Community Trails

Are you an individual or community that knows of some local disused paths or green space that could be re-opened?Community Trails or Community Trail Networks are mostly traffic free paths through local greenspace. Designed for use by local communities and visitors, the trails give people an opportunity to access the outdoors safely and with confidence. Crucially, they are located on the doorstep of local communities so can be accessed without going far from home. No cars or buses should be required!

This document outlines the different types of audit sheets that should be completed and how to go about carrying out this task.
