To develop a positioning, marketing strategy and brand for the new visitor attraction at Montalto Estate
To identify how Montalto Estate can best attract the general public to their new visitor attraction whilst retaining the desirability and exclusivity of the existing wedding venue.
In order to achieve the objective, we conducted 5 areas of research and analysis including:

- Analysis of Northern Ireland Population Trends and Visitor Attraction Market
- Analysis of Leisure & Customer Trends
- Analysis of Customers through an online consumer survey
From this firm base of insight, we developed the Montalto positioning, marketing strategy and action plans as well as the brand in partnership with McCadden Design.
Montalto Estate opened to the public in September 2018.
