Brantry Forest

Brantry Forest, Co.Tyrone is located north of the B128 between Aughnacloy and Benburb.

This project involves the -
1/ The development of a series of off road family cycling & walking trails within Brantry Forest
2/ The refurbishment of the Hunting Lodge into a functional Visitor Services Building.

The development of the trails and visitor services building, will combine with the adjacent Brantry Lake to create an appealing outdoor recreation site in this rural area.

Other InformationBrantry Forest is owned by Forest Service NI. Dungannon Council is in discussions with Forest Service NI regarding a licence to manage/ maintain and insure the proposed trails.

The funding application to NITB has now been considered and CAAN is pleased to announce that this project has been selected to proceed to Stage II of the application process.
