Blessingbourne - Phase II

Building on the success of Blessingbourne Mountain Bike Trail Centre, launched June 2011, CAAN is seeking funding to develop Blessingbourne Phase II.
The aim is to add to the existing product, widening the appeal and providing more for visitors to Blessingbourne.
The project elements include -
1/ The design and construction of up to 5kms of additional mountain bike trails within the Estate grounds
2/ Installation of a Visitor Services Building that will act as a hub for the Trail Centre. The Building will provide toilets and refreshments.
3/ Construction of a Visitor Amenity Area - this will be an outdoor space located close to the trail head, where visitors can sit and picnic.
As well as catering for trail users, the Visitor Services Building and the Visitor Amenity Area will offer somewhere for non bikers to visit/ relax while waiting for others to ride the trails.
