Call for new Directors of Countryside Recreation Northern Ireland

Countryside Recreation Northern Ireland (CRNI) is taking the opportunity to canvass for new Directors to its Board, whose term will begin at its AGM in mid November. Applications are therefore sought from those with an interest in outdoor recreation and particularly from those who have a background or expertise in HR, accountancy and legal matters. Board appointments will be for a three year period, with an opportunity to continue for a further three year term.

There is no remuneration for Directors of CRNI, but agreed expenses will be reimbursed. 

The Board of CRNI meets a minimum of 4 times a year usually from 4.00pm – 6.00pm on a weekday. In addition the Audit Committee meets a minimum of 4 times a year usually from 10.00am – 12.00pm on a week day.
